What is the difference from UnFIX and Management 3.0?

Both Management 3.0 and unFIX focus on improving how organisations work, but they operate at different levels and answer different questions.

  • Management 3.0 focuses primarily on the individual and team level.
    It provides principles, practices, and tools to improve motivation, leadership, collaboration, and engagement in day-to-day work.
  • unFIX focuses mainly on the organisational level.
    It offers patterns and structures to design how teams are organised, how decisions are made, and how the organisation adapts at scale.

In short:

Games and Exercises 

All topics include at least one interactive game or exercise, where participants apply Management 3.0 concepts in small groups of four to six people. The goal is to ensure that ideas explored during the workshop can be applied immediately in participants’ real organisational contexts.

To strengthen learning and participation, the workshop integrates hands-on and visual facilitation methods, including LEGO® Serious Play®, allowing participants to build, reflect, and share insights about leadership, teams, and organisational challenges.

After each game or exercise, we reflect together. This creates space to share insights, experiences, and learning, reinforcing understanding through dialogue and collective sense-making. The more participants interact and discuss, the deeper the learning becomes.
