What is Agile Fundamentals?

Agile Fundamentals is a practical, hands-on workshop that provides a solid foundation in Agile principles, mindset, and core practices.

In a world where change is constant and uncertainty is the norm, traditional ways of working often fall short. This training helps individuals and teams understand why Agile exists, how it works, and how to apply it effectively in real environments.

Rather than focusing only on theory, the workshop emphasizes learning by doing, helping participants develop the skills and confidence needed to work in Agile settings.

  • Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners building or strengthening their foundation
  • Teams and organizations transitioning to Agile ways of working

No prior Agile experience is required.
