Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy Growing Centuries

At Growing Centuries, we believe that a transparent and respectful relationship starts before the training begins. This policy exists to protect both participants and our team, ensuring a fair management of everyone's time and resources.

1. Cancellation by the Participant

We understand that unexpected situations arise. That's why we've set flexible conditions based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

  • More than 14 days before → 98% refund of the amount paid (small deduction to cover payment processing fees)
  • Between 7 and 14 days before → 50% refund or full credit towards a future training
  • Less than 7 days before → No refund available
  • No-show → The registration is considered used, with no refund

2. Rescheduling by the Participant

  • 7 or more days in advance → Free rescheduling, subject to availability
  • Less than 7 days in advance → May incur additional costs or may not be possible

3. Cancellation by Growing Centuries

Should we need to cancel a training session, participants may choose between:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or
  • Full credit to be used towards a future training

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We believe in common sense. Extraordinary situations will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with openness and dialogue.

5. Acceptance

By completing a registration, participants fully accept this cancellation policy.
